Our pricing is simple we have 3 tiers.
Starter - is $11 per user /per month when paid monthly and $9 per user per month when paying annually.
Pro - is $20 per user /per month when paid monthly and $17 per user per month when paying annually.
Enterprise - is $45 per user /per month when paid monthly and $36 per user per month when paying annually.
Whether on on our our monthly or annual plans, you pay upfront for users you have at the moment you are billed for that month or year.
Starting your subscription
As our trials are completely unlimited you can add as many people as you like during your trial.
If your trial end on the 31st October, you will need to choose a subscription Tier, enter your card details and then you will start paying your monthly subscription upfront for 5 users for the month of November.
5 users x $20 = $100 per month.
If you start your annual plan with 5 users, you will be billed for 5 users when you subscribe and charged in advance.
5 users x $204 = $1020
What happen is I add a Team Member in the middle of the month ?
If you add 5 Team members during your trial and then you decide to add another team member to your team in November you will only pay for that users usage for the current billed month ahead.
e.g : If the new team member is added on the 14th November, you will only be billed for 2 weeks on the month of November.
1 user of the Pro Plan is $20
They sign up on the 14the of November
15 days left of the 30 days in November.
You will only pay $10 for this user for the month on November.
Your total subscription will be :
5 users x $20 + 1 User are $10 = $110 for November.
However your subscription for December will be :
6 users x $20 = $120 for December.
With regards to Annual plans, additional users are billed for the remaining part of the year from the day they are added. Calculated in the same way as above.
If you add a new team member halfway through the first month of your subscription, you will be billed for the remaining 11.5 months of the year.
